The upper pusher starts and stops the chronograph. The lower pusher resets it after the chronograph has been stopped. The small seconds subdial shows the normal running seconds.

No. It uses a battery-powered Japanese VK63 meca-quartz movement for dependable accuracy and a mechanical-style chronograph action.
